The COVID-19 tests (self-paid tests) conducted at our clinic are intended for individuals who require testing due to social circumstances such as employment, travel, or business trips. For individuals experiencing symptoms such as fever or those who have had close contact with a confirmed case, please contact the clinic directly by phone or visit us in person for further consultation.

The PCR tests for COVID-19 are outsourced to BML, Inc. However, please be aware that there may be limitations on the number of tests available or delays in receiving test results depending on the situation.

１．Please visit our clinic and enter your email address and other required information in the reception form.
２．A sample (nasopharyngeal swab) will be collected in the consultation room.
３．Please wait in the waiting area until the test results are ready. Once available, we will issue your medical certificate at the time of payment.

  • Before Applying for the Test

Please note that a negative antigen test certificate is generally valid for 24 hours from the time of testing. It does not guarantee that you will not develop symptoms in the future.

PCR Test : Approximately 24–48 hours

  • The test results will be sent to you by email as soon as they become available, generally from the evening of the following day.
  • If you require a negative certificate or a medical certificate, it will be issued at our clinic on the following day or two days after the test. Please be sure to contact us if you need to receive the results urgently for travel or other purposes.
  • Tests submitted after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, may take up to an additional 24 hours.

  • Precautions
  • Please refrain from gargling, eating, drinking, or brushing your teeth immediately before sample collection, and avoid wearing dark lipstick.
  • It is possible to collect a saliva sample at home on Sundays or public holidays; however, please note that submission to the testing laboratory will be on the following day, which may cause a delay in receiving your results.
  • Before Applying for the Test
  • Please note that a negative PCR test certificate is generally valid for 72 hours from the time of testing. It does not guarantee that you will not develop symptoms in the future.
  • A medical certificate can be issued as early as the day after the sample submission. However, if a re-test is required or other circumstances arise, it may take an additional day.
