No, it is not possible. In order to ensure that everyone can live with peace of mind, we ask about your ongoing symptoms in all cases and require a medical examination by a doctor so that the appropriate medication can be prescribed.
Because we operate on a shift system, specific doctors are not scheduled to work on specific days. However, we can provide information about the working days of each doctor listed in the doctor profiles. Please contact us by phone or email for details.
Our clinic is a primary care clinic. We provide comprehensive medical care for all possible health issues, regardless of medical department, lifestyle background, age, or gender.
Please see here for more information.
Our primary care physicians provide a wide range of consultations. Even if you are unsure whether your symptoms require a visit, you are welcome to come, and the doctor will examine you.
While we are unable to perform sutures, we can provide appropriate treatment.
Our primary care physicians will provide consultations within the scope of their practice. However, if treatment with multiple psychotropic medications is deemed necessary, or if long-term prescriptions for sleeping pills are required, we may refer you to a specialist.
Our primary care physicians will provide consultations within the scope of their practice. However, if specialized medical equipment is required for treatment, we may refer you to a specialist.
At our clinic, consultations are provided only by primary care physicians, and no specialists are on staff. If you visit us and a specialist consultation is deemed necessary, we can provide a referral. However, if you wish to see a specialist from the beginning, please search for a nearby specialist on your own.
Since we give priority to patients with reservations, there may be some waiting time. However, as a general rule, we strive to keep the waiting time before consultation within 30 minutes.
If there are available slots, reservations can be made even at the last minute. Please check our reservation site if you wish.
(For fever outpatient services, please note that the number of consultation rooms is limited and examinations take more time, so the waiting time may be considerably longer.)
You can see a doctor without a reservation as long as it is within reception hours. However, our reservations are for priority slots, so patients with reservations will be given priority in guidance and consultation.
Yes, online booking is available even for your first visit.
As our clinic is small, we may ask you to wait outside the entrance during busy times, and we apologize for the inconvenience. However, you can receive your consultation while remaining in your wheelchair.
If you fold your baby stroller, we will keep it for you at the reception desk.
The Familia Clinic has enough space to comfortably accommodate patients using wheelchairs or baby strollers.
We are very sorry. Our clinic is not a designated medical institution under the Public Assistance Act, so we are unable to provide consultations under welfare coverage. However, consultations are possible if paid fully out-of-pocket.
Children can be seen from 0 years of age.
Please note that, as a general rule, children up to junior high school age are requested to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
First, please request a referral letter from your current hospital or clinic and bring it with you when you visit our clinic.
If it is difficult to obtain a referral letter due to circumstances, you may still visit our clinic and consult with a doctor regarding the transfer. (Please note that in some cases it may not be possible to continue treatment at our clinic.)
We accept cash, as well as credit cards, electronic money, and QR code payments.
It is available. On the day of your visit, you will be required to pay the full amount in cash. However, if you bring the designated form, a refund can be processed.
In principle, issuance is possible. If tests that are not conducted at our clinic are required, please bring the test results from another institution, and we will include them in the certificate.
The issuance usually takes about one week. If you have a designated format, please contact us by email.
For travel-related antigen tests or PCR negative certificates, issuance is possible on the same day once the results are available.
For certificates that do not require testing, issuance is generally possible on the same day.
For those requiring tests, we request them from external laboratories, so it usually takes about one week until the results are available.
Our clinic is open 365 days a year without holidays.
If there are times when we must close due to circumstances, the information will be posted in the announcements section on each clinic’s page.
The latest reception time is 30 minutes before the end of consultation hours.
However, for urgent symptoms, we will accept patients until the end of consultation hours if you consult with us.
Our clinic does not have an affiliated parking lot. Please use the parking facilities in the building or nearby coin-operated parking lots. Even if you use the building’s parking lot, we do not issue service tickets or provide parking discounts.
There is a pharmacy just a short walk from our clinic that operates until the same closing time as we do.
When it is close to the end of our consultation hours, we may ask whether you will be using that pharmacy on the same day in order to coordinate with them.
Please note that prescriptions can be used at any pharmacy nationwide within four days.
Please see the access pages for each clinic. Videos showing access from major locations are also available.
